My search for health and wellness began in 2017 when I finally became sick and tired of well, being chronically sick and constantly tired. My weight had ballooned to an all-time high of 224 lbs, and I was on blood pressure medication, had poor sleeping habits, chronic pains, and all of the alignments that come with being unhealthy and frankly unhappy.
I knew what I needed to change; some structure and a plan to follow, , I just didn't know where to turn. So I began with small changes, grilling my food instead of frying, roasting, I began eating differently; fresh vegetables, lean proteins, minimal sugars and no processed foods. A.L.C. meal prep was born here.
